摘    要:目的:分离鉴定冬葵子中的阿魏酸,以期为冬葵子的研究和冬葵子类药品的生产及开发提供参考.方法:采用薄层色谱法对其化学成分进行定性检测.结果:通过本课题的研究,从中分离鉴定了阿魏酸.为冬葵子的进一步研究和开发提供了质量控制指标依据,为促进冬葵子的开发和利用奠定了一定的基础.结论:阿魏酸的含量用于评价冬葵子的质量是可行的.

Abstract:Objective:Ferulic acid was separated and identified in Fructus Malvae to provide references for the research of Fructus Malvae and the production of the materia medica Fructus Malvae.Methods:The chemical components of Fructus Malvae were detected by thin-layer chromatography.Results:Ferulic acid was got after this study,which provide basis for quality control and benefit development of Fructus Malvae.Conclusion:It is feasible to evaluate the quality of Fructus Malvae on the basis of the content of ferulic a...
