摘    要:本文应用均匀设计预测薄层色谱最佳展开剂配比,以氯仿-甲醇-氨水(0.9:5.8:1.5)为展开剂,采用双波长薄层扫描法测定了九分散和疏风活络丸中士的宁和马钱子(?)的含量。平均回收率为97.2%,Cv%为1.2%(n=6)。

Abstract:The simple and specific method - uniform design, was described for selection of optimalcomposition of the solvent system used in TLC analysis of Shufen Ghuoluo Wan and Jiufen San Amethod for the TLC-densitometric determination of strychnine and brucine has been established.The sample solutions and those of the mixed authentic alkaloids were spotted on a basic silica andgot GF_(254) plate and was developed by chloroform-methanol-ammonia spiris (0.9:5.8:1.5). Thespots were scanned with a Shimadzu Dual-wavelength TLC Scanner CS-930 at w 1=254 nm and w2=325 nm by reflection mode and zig-zag scanning. Satisfactory results were obtained
