不同年龄段女性卵巢癌临床治疗分析

目的比较中年与老年女性卵巢肿瘤的临床特点、治疗及预后的差异，并分析预后相关因素。方法回顾性分析辽河油田中心医院诊治的70例卵巢恶性肿瘤患者，将其分为中年组（45—60岁）40例、老年组（≥65岁）30例，对其临床症状、术后残瘤灶大小、化疗及预后分别进行对比分析，并进行预后相关因素分析。结果中、老年女性3年生存率分别为72．3％、60．5％。单因素分析显示青、老年女性3年生存率差异有统计学意义。行最佳减瘤术及完成化疗者，中年组所占比例显著较老年组多（分别为86．5％vs．41．3％，70％VS．49％）。结论中年女性预后较老年女性好，卵巢癌预后与年龄有关，但年龄不是预后的重要因素。残瘤灶大小及化疗是影响预后的独立因素。

Clinical analysis of treatment for different aged women With ovarian cancer

Objective To compare clinical pathological characteristics, therapeutics and prognosis be- tween middle-aged and elderly women with ovarian cancer,and to analyze its prognostic factors. Methods Ret- rospective study of 70 cases with ovarian cancer admitted in our hospital, we classified the all patients into 2 groups, the middle-aged group had 40 patienis （45 - 60 age）, and the elderly group had 30 patients. Compared their Clinical symptom , postoperative residual tumor size, chemotherapy between two groups and their progno- sis, and to analyze its prognostic factors. Results 3-years survival of middle-aged and elderly women were 72.3% ,60. 5%. Univariate analysis showed that middle-aged women had a significantly better prognosis than that of elderly middle women who aceepted optimal debulking surgery and completed chemotherapy, was significantly more than elderly women （ 86. 5% vs. 41.3%, 70% vs. 49% respectively） . Conclusion Prognosis of middle-aged women is better than that of the elderly, The prognosis of ovarian eaneer is related with age, but the age is not an important factor in the prognostic factors. Postoperative residual tumor size is a independent prog- nostic factors.
