西比灵对椎动脉型颈椎病的疗效观察

目的:观察西比灵对椎动脉型颈椎病的临床疗效情况。方法:对近5a来所诊治的109例病人随机分为两组,对照组54例采用中西医综合疗法,治疗组55例在综合疗法的基础上加用西比灵5～10mgq.n.,两组均经治疗两个月后观察疗效情况。结果:按所定疗效判定标准统计,治疗组和对照组相比无论平均初效时间或症状完全控制时间以及两个月后复发例数均有统计学差异。结论:西比灵对椎动脉型颈椎病治疗效果明显,优于对照组。

Efficacy of Sibelium on vertebral artery type cervical spondylosis

Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Sibelium on vertebral artery type cervical spondylosis.Methods:109 patients were randomised into two groups.In the control group (n=54),routine combinate therapy with Chinese and Western medicines were given.In the observation group,Sibelium 5-10 mg q.n.was given in addition to the routine combinate therapy (n=55) Effect of both groups were observed for two months.Results:There were significant differences between the two groups.Conclusion:The efficacy of Sibelium on vertebral artery type cervical spondylosis was significantly better than the control group.
