我院1991～2000年3427例恶性肿瘤患者的统计分析

目的:探讨铁岭市城区恶性肿瘤发病特点,为肿瘤防治工作提供依据。方法:对1991~2000年铁岭市中心医院收治的恶性肿瘤病例资料运用Excel软件进行统计处理。结果:10年间经我院治疗的恶性肿瘤患者共计3427例,其中肿瘤病种构成前5位的分别是肺癌、乳腺癌、胃癌、结直肠癌和食管癌,占肿瘤患者总数的70.37%。统计结果表明恶性肿瘤发病有年龄集中趋势,40~70岁是多数恶性肿瘤发病的高危人群,某些肿瘤的发病率存在性别差异,男性恶性肿瘤总体发病率高于女性,男女性之比为1.40∶1。结论:铁岭市区人口恶性肿瘤发病率呈上升状态,肿瘤发病存在性别、年龄差异。依据肿瘤发病特征对高危人群做好防治工作是降低发病率、提高生存率的关键。

Statistical analysis of 3427 Patients with Malignant Tumors

ve: To investigate the characteristics of incidence of malignant tumors, and to provide the basis for prevention and treatment. Methods: Clinical data of 3427 patients with malignant tumors in Tieling central hospital from 1991 to 2000 were undergone statistical analysis by Excel 2000 software. Results: 3427 cases of malignancies during ten years were retrospectively reviewed. The five most common malignancies were lung cancer, breast cancer, gastric cancer, colon-rectal carcinoma and esophageal carcinoma, accounting for 70.37% of the total. The analysis revealed a tendency of age-concentration , high risk population aging from 40 to 70, and sex difference among some cancers. The overall incidence in male is higher than that in female, with the ratio of 1.4:1. Conclusion: There is an increased tendency of incidence in urban population of Tieling. The difference exists on sex and age. To conduct the prevention and treatment regimens according to the features of occurrence is the key issue for lowering the incidence and increasing the survival rate.
