新型农村合作医疗综合评价指标体系测评分析

目的 对新型农村合作医疗综合评价指标体系分析和验证。方法 采用相关和多元线性回归分析检验综合评价指标与内部指标问联系、信度分析和主成分因素分析，对综合评价指标体系进行评价。结果 新型农村合作医疗综合评价指标同内部指标具有正相关，内部指标具有独立性，总体指标克朗巴赫α系数为0．8889．指标体系内容效度极好。主成分分析表明指标体系具有较好的结构效度。结论 新型农村合作医疗综合评价指标体系的建立具有合理性、科学性和较好的信度与效度。

Analysis and verification on comprehensive evaluation indicator system of new-type rural cooperative medical system

Objective To analyze and verify the comprehensive evaluation indicator system of the new-type rural cooperative medical systems.Methods Using Correlation Analysis and Multiple Linear Regression Analysis to verify the relation between the comprehensive evaluation indicator and internal indicators.Using Reliability Analysis and Principal Components Analysis to evaluate the comprehensive evaluation indicator system.Results The relation between new-type ruaral cooperative medical systems and its internal indicators was positive and internal indicators were independent.Cronbach's alpha Coeffcient of the general indicators was 0.8889.The content validity of the indicator system was excellent.Principal Components Analysis indicated that this kind of system had a better construct validity.Conclusion The establishment of comprehensive evaluation indicator system of the new-type rural cooperative medical systems is rational and scientific.It also has a better reliability and validity.
