| 摘 要： | 目的：观察肌腱修复过程中胰岛素样生长因子-Ⅰ（IGF-Ⅰ）在肌腱内及肌腱周围组织中表达的变化规律,探讨IGF-Ⅰ在肌腱修复过程中的作用.方法：利用免疫组织化学及原位杂交方法检测兔跟腱修复过程中跟腱内及跟腱周围组织中IGF-Ⅰ蛋白及IGF-Ⅰ mRNA变化情况.结果：跟腱损伤后第4 d跟腱周围即出现IGF-Ⅰ蛋白和mRNA的强烈表达,随后开始逐渐下降;在跟腱内第4 d出现IGF-Ⅰ蛋白和mRNA的表达增加,第28 d达到峰值.IGF-Ⅰ蛋白和mRNA的表达呈正相关（r=0.984,P＜0.05）.结论：肌腱损伤修复过程中肌腱内及肌腱周围组织中均存在内源性IGF-Ⅰ表达,肌腱周围组织中IGF-Ⅰ表达出现早且强度大.

| Abstract: | Aim: To investigate the changes of IGF-I during the healing of Achilles tendon of rabbits. Methods:In situ hybridization and immunohistochemistry were used to observe the expression of IGF-I mRNA and IGF-I inside and around the Achilles tendon of rabbits during the healing of Achilles tendon lesion.Results:There was a remarkable expression of IGF-I around the tendon on the 4th d after the Achilles tendon lesion, and it declined gradually; while inside the tendon, a remarkable expression of IGF-I appeared on the 4th d and peaked on the 28th d.The expressions of IGF-I of protein and IGF-I mRNA were positively correlated(r=0.984,P<0.05).Conclusion: The endogenic IGF-I are from both inside and around the tendon during the healing of Achilles tendon of rabbits, and the expression of IGF-I comes more early and strongly around the Achilles tendon than inside it. |
