| 摘 要： | 目的；探讨内镜紧急结扎术治疗食管静脉曲张破裂出血的疗效。方法：２４例急诊胃镜证实食管静脉曲张破裂出血的患者，立即内镜下行ＥＶＬ治疗，并与同期２９例预防性ＥＶＬ疗效比较。结果：急诊止血率达９５．８％，与预防性ＥＶＬ比较，静脉曲张消失率及再出血率无显著性差异。

| Abstract: | Objective:To investigate the efficacy of emergent endo-scopic variceal ligation (EVL) in the control of acute esophagealvariceal bleeding. Methods: 24 patients with endoscopically provenacute esophageal variceal bleeding were performed EVL immediately ,and the efficacy was compared with preventive EVL in 29 patients atthe same period. Results: The rate of bleeding control in emergentEVL was 95. 8%, the rates of variceal disappearance and bleeding re-crudescence compared with preventive EVL were not significantly dir-ferent (P > 0.05). Conclusion: Emergent EVL shown higher efficacyand might be a primary therapy for acute variceal hemorrhage. |
