| 摘 要： | 院前急救中心是急诊医疗服务体系的重要组成部分。从强化硬件配置入手，通过完善制度、实施人才战略、注重青年价值观培养及加大宣传力度、普及急救知识等手段，探索提升院前急救管理水平的方法，旨在为急救中心院前急救质量的持续改进提供借鉴。

| Abstract: | Pre - hospital first - aid center is an important part of medical service system. We began with strengthening the hardware configuration. Through the improvement of the system, the implementation of human resources strategy, focusing on youth culture and values and to give greater publicity to popularize knowledge of first aid, we explored means to enhance the level of pre - hospital first - aid management which aimed to carry on sustainable quality improvement of pre - hospital first aid. |
