淋巴瘤幸存者随访期支持性需求体验的质性研究

目的：了解淋巴瘤幸存者随访期支持性需求的真实体验。方法：采用质性研究方法，通过方便抽样选取11例在三级甲等肿瘤专科医院淋巴瘤病区治疗结束进入随访期的幸存者为研究对象进行半结构式深入访谈，并采用Colaizzi 7步分析法进行资料整理与分析。结果：淋巴瘤幸存者随访期支持性需求主要包括疾病相关信息需求（淋巴瘤治疗信息需求、疾病症状管理需求、营养信息需求、社区医疗健康服务需求）、心理重建需求（复发恐惧心理管理需求、焦虑抑郁管理需求）、社会支持需求（家人及同伴支持需求、重返学业或工作的需求、社会救助和经济支持需求等）。结论：淋巴瘤幸存者随访期存在多种支持性需求，护理人员应重视患者随访工作，制定随访计划和工作内容，强化淋巴瘤患者的全程管理，为患者提供专业的心理支持，建立有效的社会支持系统，以期为患者提供更优质的护理服务，提高生存质量。

A qualitative study on the supportive needs of lymphoma survivors during the follow-up period

Objective: To explore the supportive needs of lymphoma survivors during the follow-up period. Methods: Using qualitative research methods, 11 survivors who entered the follow-up period after treatment were included by objective sampling and semi-structured interviews were conducted. The information of interview was analyzed, sorted and coded according to Colaizzi′s analysis. Results: The supportive needs of lymphoma survivors during the follow-up period mainly included disease-related information needs(lymphoma treatment information needs, disease symptom management needs, nutritional needs and community medical and health service needs), psychological reconstruction needs(relapse fear psychological needs, anxiety and depression needs), social support needs(family and peer support needs, return to school or work, social assistance and financial support needs) Conclusion: Lymphoma survivors have many supportive needs during the follow-up period. Nursing staff should pay attention to the follow-up of patients, formulate follow-up plans and work content, strengthen the whole-process management of lymphoma patients. It is important to provide professional psychological support for patients, establish an effective social support system, and to provide better nursing services, then improve the quality of life of lymphoma survivors.
