肿块边缘三维超声成像技术在乳腺良恶性肿块判别中的应用

摘    要:目的:观测肿块边缘的回声改变判断乳腺肿块的良恶性。方法:利用超声三维成像技术并引入阈值对图像进行后处理。结果:27例乳腺恶性肿瘤中,有23例周边出现了暗带,而46例乳腺良性肿块中只有2例出现,两组之间表现出显著性差别。结论:本文提出一种新的诊断乳腺良恶性肿块的方法,准确率达到91.78%。

Abstract:Objective To judge the benign and malignant breast lumps by the echo of the margin of the masses.Methods The image was processed by using ultrasound 3D imaging technology and the threshold value was introduced into the image processing.Results In 27 cases of breast malignant tumors,dark band appears in 23 cases.While in totally 46 cases of benign breast tumors,dark band appears in 2 cases.Significant differences was showed between the two groups.Conclusion This paper presents a new method for the diagnosis of benign and malignant breast tumors.The accuracy of this method is 91.78%.
