TARDBP在胃腺癌组织中的表达及其临床意义

目的　检测 TAR DNA结合蛋白（transactive response DNA-binding protein，TARDBP）在胃腺癌组织中的表达 ,分析其表达与胃腺癌患者临床病理特征之间的关系。方法　选取 2017年 1月～ 2018年 1月陕西省人民医院确诊的 49例胃腺癌、 19例癌旁组织及 19例正常胃组织作为研究对象，采用免疫组织化学（ SP）法检测 TARDBP的表达，并探讨 TARDBP表达与胃腺癌患者临床病理特征之间的关系。结果　TARDBP的着色部位在细胞核，其在胃腺癌组织中的表达率为 89.80%（44/49），在胃腺癌癌旁组织中的表达率为 68.42%（13/19），在胃正常黏膜组织中的表达率为 26.32%（5/19）。TARDBP蛋白在胃腺癌及癌旁组织中的表达均显著高于胃正常黏膜组织，其差异均具有统计学意义 (χ2=6.756～ 27.400，均 P＜ 0.05)；TARDBP在胃腺癌中的表达高于癌旁组织，但其差异无统计学意义 (χ2=3.171，P＞ 0.05)；TARDBP在胃腺癌组织中的表达与患者性别、年龄、肿瘤的分化程度、肿瘤大小、淋巴结转移和临床分期均无相关性 (χ2=0.000～ 0.762，均 P＞ 0.05)。结论　TARDBP在胃腺癌组织和癌旁组织中可高表达， TARDBP表达失调可能与胃腺癌的发生、进展存在一定的相关性。

Expression of TARDBP in Gastric Adenocarcinoma and Its Clinical Significance

Objective　To detect the expression of TARDBP in gastric adenocarcinoma tissues and analyse the relationship between TARDBP expression and clinicopathological features of gastric adenocarcinoma patients. Methods　A total of 49 cases of gastric adenocarcinoma, 19 cases of paracancer tissues and 19 cases of normal gastric mucosal tissues diagnosed in Shaanxi Provincial People’s Hospital from January 2017 to January 2018 were selected as research subjects. The expression of TARDBP was detected by immunohistochemistry（SP） method using method, and the relationship between TARDBP expression and clinicopathological characteristics of gastric adenocarcinoma patients was investigated. Results　The expression of TARDBP protein in gastric adenocarcinoma （89.80%，44/49）and adjacent tissues（68.42%,13/19） was significantly higher than that in normal gastric mucosal tissues（26.32%，5/19）, and the differences were statistically significant (χ2=6.756 ~ 27.400, all P ＜ 0.05). The expression of TARDBP in gastric adenocarcinoma was higher than that in adjacent tissues, but the difference was not statistically significant (χ2==3.171, P ＞ 0.05).There was no correlation between TARDBP expression in gastric adenocarcinoma and gender, age, tumor differentiation, tumor size, lymph node metastasis and clinical stage (χ2=0.000 ~ 0.762, all P ＞ 0.05). Conclusion　TARDBP was highly expressed in gastric adenocarcinoma tissues, and the dysregulation of TARDBP expression may be related to the occurrence and progression of gastric adenocarcinoma.
