| 摘 要： | 先天性髁突畸形(congenital condyle deformity)常见于第一、二鳃弓综合征中，第一、二鳃弓综合征的临床表现、手术治疗方法及预后已有报道。了解先天性髁突畸形的病因及治疗方法，有助于进一步预防疾病，明确诊断，提高术后疗效，为随后的正颌外科创造良好的手术环境，保证患者的心理健康。本文就先天性髁突畸形的病因及治疗方法进行简单的论述，为临床诊断及治疗方案的制定提供借鉴和参考。

| Abstract: | Congenital condyle deformity is a common manifestation in the first and second branchial arch syndrome. The clinical feature, surgical treatment and prognosis of this syndrome have been reported by a few studies. Understanding the etiology and treatment of congenital condyle deformities is conducive to its prevention, diagnosis, improving postoperative outcomes and mental health of patients, even providing better operation conditions for orthognathic surgery. This article briefly reviews discussions on the etiology and treatment of congenital condyle deformity, in order to provide reference for clinical diagnosis and treatment planning. |
