毫火针宣通法治疗偏头痛疗效观察

目的:观察毫火针宣通法治疗偏头痛的临床疗效。方法:将90例偏头痛患者随机分为对照组和治疗组。对照组患者口服盐酸氟桂利嗪胶囊,治疗组在对照组基础上给予毫火针宣通法治疗,治疗4周。比较两组治疗前后视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分、头痛持续时间、中度以上头痛发作天数、偏头痛特异生活质量问卷(MSQ)、焦虑自评量表(SAS)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)。结果:治疗4周后,治疗组总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前两组患者头痛持续时间、中度以上头痛发作天数及VAS、MSQ、SAS、SDS评分比较,差异无统计学意义(均P>0.05)。两组患者治疗4周后、治疗后1个月、治疗后3个月头痛持续时间,中度以上头痛发作天数及VAS、SAS、SDS评分均降低,MSQ评分则升高,差异有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。治疗组各时间点头痛持续时间、中度以上头痛发作天数及VAS、SAS、SDS评分均低于对照组,MSQ评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论:毫火针宣通法治疗偏头痛疗效较好,可减轻患者疼痛,缩短疼痛持续时间,减少疼痛发作天数,提高患者生活质量。

Clinical observation on milli-fire needling Xuantong therapy for migraine

Objective:To observe effect of milli-fire needling Xuantong therapy for migraine.Methods:90 migraine patients were divided into control group and treatment group.The control group were given flunarizine hydrochloride capsule orally,and the treatment group given milli-fire needling Xuantong therapy on the basis of the control group.The visual analog scale(VAS)score,headache duration,moderate headache onset days,migraine specific quality of life questionnaire(MSQ),self-rating anxiety scale(SAS)and self-rating depression scale(SDS)were compared between the two groups before and after treatment.Results:After treatment,the total effective rate of the treatment group was higher than that of the control group,difference statistically significant(P<0.05).Before treatment,there were no significant differences in headache duration,moderate headache onset days,VAS,MSQ,SAS and SDS scores between the two groups(all P>0.05).After 4 weeks,one month and three months of treatment,headache duration,moderate headache onset days,VAS,SAS,SDS scores of the two groups decreased,MSQ scores increased compared with before treatment(all P<0.05).The duration of headache at each time point,the days of moderate headache,VAS,SAS and SDS scores in the treatment group were lower than those in the control group,while MSQ score higher than that in the control group,difference statistically significant(all P<0.05).Conclusion:Milli-fire needling Xuantong therapy has better efficacy in the treatment of migraine,which can reduce the pain of patients,shorten the duration of pain,reduce the number of days of pain attack,and improve quality of life.
