摘    要:开𬌗是一类常见的、治疗难度大、疗程长且矫治后易复发的错𬌗畸形。该文报道一例前牙重度开𬌗的病例,患者为20岁女性,临床检查发现前牙无咬合接触,最大开𬌗处约8 mm。曲面断层片显示12与21间见阻生的11。在减数上颌双侧中切牙情况下,采用直丝弓矫治器矫治25个月,利用多曲方丝弓矫治技术结合种植体治疗,使矫治后咬合关系改善,前牙建立正常覆𬌗覆盖,改善美观。本文对该例开𬌗的临床资料及相关文献进行分析总结,以探讨开𬌗病例的正畸治疗方法,为正畸个性化治疗方案提供参考。

Abstract:Openbite is a common type of malformation, which is difficult to treat, requires long course of treatment, and is likely to recur after orthodontic treatment. In this article, we reported a 20-year-old female case of severe anterior tooth openbite. Clinical examination found no occlusal contact between the anterior teeth, and the maximum opening was approximately 8 mm. Panoramic radiograph showed that 11 was impacted between 12 and 21. For the reduced maxillary bilateral central incisors, the straight wire arch appliance was utilized for 25 months, and the multi-curved square wire arch technique combined with implant treatment were employed to improve the occlusal relationship after the correction, establish normal overlying of the anterior teeth, and enhance the appearance. Clinical data of this case and literature review were analyzed and summarized, aiming to explore the orthodontic treatment for openbite cases and provide reference for individualized orthodontic treatment.
