康复志愿者人文关怀支持对乳腺癌手术患者自我感受负担及生活质量的影响

目的：观察康复志愿者人文关怀支持对乳腺癌手术患者自我感受负担及生活质量的影响。方法：选择72例行手术治疗的乳腺癌患者，以随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组各36例。对照组给予常规护理干预，观察组给予康复志愿者人文关怀支持。干预1年后观察两组患者自我感受负担、生活质量、心理状态、疾病知识知晓率情况。结果：干预前，两组患者自我感受负担、生活质量各维度得分、心理状态（SAS、SDS）评分比较差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05）。干预1年后，两组患者自我感受负担各维度评分及总分、心理状态各项评分均低于干预前，生活质量各维度评分均高于干预前，且观察组优于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；观察组疾病各方面知识知晓率高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论：康复志愿者人文关怀支持可有效减轻乳腺癌患者术后康复治疗中的自我感受负担，提高患者生活质量，改善其心理状态，提高患者疾病知识知晓率。

Effect of humanistic care support of rehabilitation volunteers on self-perceived burden and quality of life in patients with breast cancer

Objective: To observe the effect of humanistic care support of rehabilitation volunteers on self-perceived burden and quality of life in patients with breast cancer. Methods: A total of 72 patients with breast cancer who underwent surgery were included and randomly divided into observation group and control group with 36 cases in each group. The control group was given routine nursing intervention, and the observation group was given humanistic care support of rehabilitation volunteers. The self-perceived burden, quality of life, psychological state, and awareness rate of disease knowledge in the two groups were observed after one year of intervention. Results: There was no statistical significance in the self-perceived burden, quality of life, and the psychological state(SAS, SDS) between the two groups before the intervention(P>0.05). After one year of intervention, the scores of self-perceived burden and psychological state in the two groups were lower than those before the intervention, and the scores of each dimension of quality of life were higher than those before the intervention, meanwhile the observation group was better than the control group significantly (P<0.05). The awareness rate of disease knowledge in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion: Humanistic care support of rehabilitation volunteers can effectively reduce the self-perceived burden during postoperative rehabilitation, then improve quality of life and psychological state, and increase the awareness rate of disease knowledge in patients with breast cancer.
