乳腺癌患者配偶照顾真实体验质性研究的Meta整合

目的：探讨乳腺癌患者配偶的照顾体验，全面了解患者配偶的内心需求，为更好的开展针对乳腺癌患者配偶的护理提供参考。方法：通过检索The Cochrane Library、Web of Science、PubMed以及中国知网、万方、维普数据库，纳入有关乳腺癌患者配偶照顾体验的质性研究文献，检索时限为建库至2019年11月。文献质量采用澳大利亚JBI循证卫生保健中心质性研究质量评价标准，采取汇集性整合的方法进行结果整合。结果：共纳入12项研究，萃取出48个清晰准确的研究结果，将结果相似条目进行组合形成11个类别，且最终汇合成4个整合结果。结论：乳腺癌患者配偶在照顾过程中出现了身心问题困扰，夫妻关系破裂以及缺乏支持与应对等问题。医护人员在关注乳腺癌患者的同时，也要及时关注其配偶的心理变化和信息需要，提供必要的支持和帮助，从而提高照顾质量。

Meta-integration of care experience in spouses of patients with breast cancer

Objective：To conduct a systematic review of the qualitative researches on the care experience in spouses of patients with breast cancer, so as to provide references for further development of nursing programs for spouses of patients with breast cancer. Methods: Qualitative researches on care experiences in spouses of patients with breast cancer were retrieved from The Cochrane Library, Web of Science, PubMed, China Knowledge Network, Wanfang and Weipu databases. The retrieval time was from inception to November 2019. The literature quality was evaluated according to the quality evaluation criteria of JBI evidence-based health care centers in Australia and Meta-integration was carried out for the included studies. Results: A total of 12 studies were included, 48 research results were extracted, summarized into 11 categories, and 4 integrated results were combined finally.Conclusion: During the diagnosis and treatment of breast cancer, the spouse suffers from physical and mental problems, spousal relationship breaks, and lack of support and coping, etc. While paying attention to patients with breast cancer, Medical staff should also pay attention to their spouse’s psychological changes and information needs in time, and provide necessary support and help, so as to promote the quality of caring.
