输尿管插管治疗肾绞痛疗效观察

目的：探讨输尿管插管治疗肾绞痛的临床疗效。方法：对90例肾绞痛患者行输尿管插管治疗，同时行KUB和逆行造影，发现结石者行ESWL未发现结石输尿管通畅者拔除输尿管导管。结果：90例患者插管成功86例，肾绞痛消失者87例，发现结石52例并行ESWL，l周内结石排净，肾绞痛时患肾IVU不显影者40例，3个月内复查IVU患肾均显影。结论：肾绞痛时应尽早施行输尿管插管解除梗阻，保护肾功能，同时行KUB和逆行造影，发现结石可立即行ESWL。

The treatment effect of catheterization of ureter for renal colic

Objective: To investigate the effect of catheterization of ureter for renal colic. Methods: 90 renal colic patients received catheterization of ureter. They received KUB and retrograde pyelography at the same time. If calculus was found, They get ESWL immediately. Otherwise, ureteral catheter would be removed. Results: Catheterization of ureter was succeeded in 86 cases from 90 patients. Renal colic disappeared in 87 cases. 52 patients were found calculus and received ESWL treatment. All the patients got well within 1 week. 40 patients with nonvisualization on IVU have been followed up within 3 month. The renal function has recovered and urinary tract became visualized on IVU. Conclusion: Catheterization of ureter is an effective method for renal colic. It can improve renal function for calculus disease.
