| 摘 要： | 本文介绍自行研制的可用于多部位骨折的爪齿夹裹钢板及其配套器械。用此钢板治疗20例23处上肢长骨干骨折,经1～1.5年的随访,21处骨折均在术后3个月内愈合。无钢板折断、骨萎缩及再骨折。作者认为运用该钢板可不钻骨孔,不上螺丝钉,不剥离骨膜,采用爪齿多处三点夹裹固定,保护骨内血运和骨内外骨膜的血运,有利于骨折愈合。

| Abstract: | In this article home -made claw-clamp plate and its necessary accessories used for fixation of different position fracture were described. Twenty cases (23 sites )with fracture of long bone of upper limb were treated by this plate. After a period of 1 to 1. 5 yrars follow-up.21 sites of fracture were healed in 3 months. No any case has broken of the plate or osteanabrosis or refracture. The authors think that this plate needs not drill hole and screw, the periosteum is not separated and three points claw-clamp fixation on the bone can protect the blood supply of endosteum. |
