摘    要:目的探讨2起学生集体食物中毒的病原。方法回顾性总结分析2起食物中毒的流行病学及临床资料。结果第1起食物中毒是肠炎沙门菌所致;第2起食物中毒为伤寒沙门菌所致。结论2次集体食物中毒是通过污染的食物和水源导致的沙门菌食物中毒。

Abstract:Objective To study the pathogens causing two cases of students' collective food poisoning. Methods Epidemiological and clinical data of two cases of food poisoning were summarized and analysed retrospectively. Results Pathogens causing two cases of food poisoning was Salmonella enteritidis and Salmonella typhi respectively. Conclusion Two cases of food poisoning were due to food and water contaminated by Salmonella.
