无巩膜瓣的后房型人工晶状体缝线固定术

目的：评估无巩膜瓣后房型人工晶状体缝线固定术效果。方法：２６例２６只无晶状体眼接受了改良无巩膜瓣后房型人工晶状体缝线固定术。２３只眼外伤性晶状体脱位或白内障囊外摘出术中后囊破裂者行一期固定术，３只眼白内障囊内摘出术后无晶状体眼行二期植入固定术。结果：术后随访时间为６～１８个月，平均１０个月。矫正视力在０５或０５以上者２０只眼（７６９％）。术后主要并发症是角膜水肿和葡萄膜炎。结论：无巩膜瓣后房型人工晶状体缝线固定术是后囊膜破裂或无后囊膜的无晶状体眼进行眼内人工晶状体植入的方法之一。

Suture fixation without scleral flap in implantation of posterior chamber intraocular lens

OBJECTIVE: To evaluate the clinical outcome of suture fixation without scleral flap simplantation of posterior chamber intraocular lens METHODS: Implantation of posterior chamber intraocular lens with suture fixations without scleral flap in the 26 eyes with aphakia Primary intraocular lens implantation was completed in twenty three eyes with ruptured posterior capsular during extracapsular cataract extraction or traumaticdislocated lens Secondary intraocular lens implantation was completed in three eyes without capsule after intracapsular cataract extraction were under gone RESULTS: The follow up time was ranged from 6 months to 18 months, and the average was 10 months Twenty (76 9%)eyes had a corrected visual acuity of 0 5 or better The postoperative complication were mainly corneal edema and uveitis CONCLUSIONS: Suture fixation of posterior chamber intraocular lens without scleral flaps is one of surgical techniques for aphakia due to ruptured or disappeared posterior capsule
