对受洪灾群体创伤后应激反应的调查

目的 探讨洪灾中受灾程度、灾前社会支持、应付方式等变量与灾后激反应的关系。方法 于１９９８年１１月采用整群抽取的方法，对１９９８年夏季长江中下游受洪灾程度不同的两个村１８～６０岁的村民５６４人，进行创伤后应激反应的调查，并测评事件影响表Ｉ（ＩＥＳ）、社会支持量表、应付方式量表。结果 （１）受灾群体普遍存在创伤后应激反应，受试中６１．５％ＩＥＳ总分超过１９分；（２）受灾突然、损失方式与创伤后应激反应

Posttraumatic stress response and its influencing factors in a rural community sample affected by a flood

Objective This study investigated posttraumatic stress symptoms(PTSS) in victim of two villages affected by flood disaster, in the area of middle Yangzi River, nearby Jiujiang city, Jiang Xi province And major factors associated with PTSS were determined Methods A total of 564 subjects was conducted in two villages of different exposures three months after the flood, and Impact of Event Scale (IES), Social Support Questionnaire, Coping Styles Questionnaire were completed by them Results The flood affected population was bothered by PTSS quite often, 61 5% of subjects was recorded with score over 19 in IES The subjects who exposed to flood more suddenly and suffered more losses reported more PTSS including intrusion and avoidance symptoms Higher IES score was associated with female, more losses, less social support, and more uses of both positive and negative coping styles Conclusions The results suggest the importance to assess PTSS in post disaster psychopathology study in China More research is warranted to identify high risk subjects for PTSS
