| 摘 要： | 论述了近十年来前庭功能检查技术的发展现状，分析、比较和评价了各种检查方法的临床价值。指出，前庭功能检查技术有了长足的发展，已成为前庭功能评定和临床眩晕诊断的客观而有价值的手段，但阻碍其广泛应用的症结在于前庭功能障碍的定侧和定位没有解决。认为，今后应着重深入研究，发展一套能为临床前庭功能评定提供既可识别其异常，又能定侧、定位和识别前庭系统不同水平上功能异常的有效检查技术、方法和设备

| Abstract: | Thepresentstatusoftechnologyforevaluatingvestibularfunctionwasreviewed.Theclinicalvalueofvarioustestswasanalysedandcompared.Itwaspointedoutthatthevestibularfunctionexaminationtechnologyhasmaderapidprogress,andbecamevaluableobjectivemeansforclin-icaldiagnosisandassessmentofvertigo,buttheproblemoflocalizationoflessionwasstilunsettled.Sothefocalpointoffurtherresearchistodevelopasetoftestmethodsandequipmentswhichnotonlycandetectabnormalityofvestibularfunction,butalsodeterminethesideandlevelofthelession. |
