经巩膜睫状沟后房型人工晶体缝线固定术并发症预防及处理

目的探讨后囊破损无晶体眼经巩膜睫状沟后房型人工晶体缝线固定术的并发症预防和处理。方法7例后囊破损无晶体眼行经巩膜睫状沟后房型人工晶体缝线固定术。结果并发症主要为术中后房出血、前房瞳孔区少许玻璃体残留，术后玻璃体混浊加重、人工晶体移位、人工晶体瞳孔夹持、继发性青光眼及黄斑囊样水肿。结论为预防及处理以上并发症发生，应注意经巩膜睫状沟穿刺点选择，避免不必要的虹膜及睫状体骚扰，必要时行虹膜根部切除。

The Prevention and Treatment of Complications in Transscleral Ciliary Sulcus Fixation of Posterior Chamber IOL Implantation

Objectie To evaluate the prevention and treatment of complications in transscleral ciliary sulcus fixation of postrior chamber IOL implantation. Methods 7 cases have been undertaken the transscleral ciliary sulcus fixation of posterior chamber IOL implantation. Results The complications mainly include the hemorrhage in the posterior chamber during operation, vitreous residuce in the anterior chamber in front of pupil, vitreous opacity deterioration after operation, IOL dislocation, IOL clamp at pupil,secondary glaucoma and macular cystoid edema. Conclusion The studies on prevention and treatment of complications are also recounted in this paper.
