白内障超声乳化摘除及人工晶体植入术后角膜内皮变化

目的评价白内障超声乳化术对角膜内皮细胞损伤情况。方法使用非接触式角膜内皮显微镜观察20眼白内障超声乳化摘除及35眼现代囊外摘除（均合并入工晶体植入）术前、术后三个月角膜中央区内皮细胞变化。结果白内障超声乳化角膜内皮损失率均值为20．8％，现代囊外术组为29．6％，两组经统计学处理无显著性差异（P＞0．05）；内皮细胞形态学仅表现为外形的扩大。结论白内障超声乳化术对角膜内皮的损伤并不大于现代囊外术。

The Changes in Corneal Endothelial Cells after Phacoemulsification

To evaluate the damage to corneal endothelial cells after phaco. Methods Observing the change of corneal endothelial cells in the central area three month after 20 eyes of phaco and 35 eyes of cataract extracapsular extraction (both company IOLs implantation) by using non - contact specular microscope. Results The rate of endothelial cell loss in the group of phaco was at the average of 20. 86%, which was almost the same as that of the control group of 29.6% (P >0. 05 ) ;The morphology of corneal endothelial cells was only shown in the enlargement of shape. Conclusion The damage to corneal endothelial cells of phaco is not more than that of cataract extracapsular extraction.
