摘    要: 目的观察海康灵含药血清(HKL-serum)对SH-SY5Y神经细胞损伤的保护作用。方法采用体外细胞培养的方法,建立SH-SY5Y神经细胞过氧化氢(H2O2)损伤模型。通过观察细胞形态,测定细胞存活率(MTT法)、乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)漏出率,检测HKL-serum对SH-SY5Y神经细胞损伤的保护作用。结果同造模组比较,10%,15%HKL-serum能减轻H2O2引起的SH-SY5Y神经细胞的损伤,明显提高细胞的存活率,减少LDH的释放量。结论结果显示,HKL-serum对SH-SY5Y神经细胞损伤具有明显的保护作用。

Abstract:OBJECTIVE To observe the protective effect of Haikangling (HKL-serum)on neuroblastoma SH-SY5Y cells.METHODS The model of H_2O_2-induced neuroblastoma SH-SY5Y cells in vitro was established, and the protective effect of HKL-serum was investigated by observing the morphology of cells, detecting the survival rate and the LDH release. RESULTS Compared with the model group,HKL-serum(10% and 15%) attenuated the impairment in H_2O_2-induced neuroblastame SH-SY5Y cells by increasing significantly the survival rate(P<0.01),lowering the LDH release from cells into culture medium(P<0.01)and ameliorating the cell morphology. CONCLUSION HKL-serum has significantly protective effects on H_2O_2-induced impairment in neuroblastoma.
