慢性肝病病人睡眠障碍的影响因素调查

[目的]了解慢性肝病病人睡眠状况及其影响因素。[方法]采用睡眠状况自评量表及自行设计的影响睡眠的因素调查表对慢性肝病病人的睡眠状况及其影响因素进行调查。[结果]慢性肝病病人睡眠状况自评分显著高于常模及内科住院病人(P<0.01),疾病症状、外界环境干扰及心理因素是影响其睡眠的3大因素,其中疾病症状又以多尿、腹胀及皮肤瘙痒为主。[结论]慢性肝病病人普遍存在明显睡眠障碍,疾病症状、外界环境干扰、心理因素是其主要影响因素。

A survey of influencing factors of chronic liver disease patients with sleep disorder

Objective:To know about the sleep state of chronic liver disease patients and its influencing factors.Methods:The sleep state of chronic liver disease patients and its influencing factors were investigated by adopting self-designed sleep state questionnaire.Results:Sleeping state self-evaluation scores of chronic liver disease patients were much higher than that of domestic common model and internal medicine inpatients(all P<0.01).Disease symptoms,environmental interference and psychological factors were three main factors influencing their sleeping.Among symptoms,polyuria,abdominal distension and itch of skin were the first three symptoms.Conclusion:Chronic liver disease patients universally have obvious sleep disorders.And disease symptoms,environmental interference and psychological factors were the major influencing factors.
