双下肢缺血再灌注后对心肌损伤的研究进展

缺血再灌注损伤是体内损伤修复过程中病情反复及加重的重要病理机制。自1960年Jennings首次提出心肌再灌注损伤的概念以来,人们已经证实,在脑、肾、肝、胃肠道等多种组织器官都存在缺血再灌注损伤的现象。并且缺血再灌注不仅使再灌注器官本身的损伤加重,还可以累及远隔器官,严重时引发多器官功能衰竭而导致患者死亡。本文就下肢缺血再灌注后对心肌损伤的研究进展作一综述。

Study Progress of Myocardial Injury Resulting From Ischenial Reperfusion of Both Lower Limbs

Ischemial reperfusion injury is an important pathomechanism in the repetition and aggravation of pathogenetic condition during internal injury repairing.Since the conception of myocardial ischemial reperfusion is put forward by Jennings in 1960,people have testified that ischemia reperfusion is existed in many organs including brain,kidney,liver and gastrointestinal tract,which not only aggravate the injury of the organ having reperfusion,but also involved in remoted organs,seriously,it will result in multiple organ failure and even death,even resulted in a way from it.This article reviews study pregresses of myocardial injury resulting from ischemial reperfusion.
