| 摘 要： | 目前国家和地方高度重视全科医生队伍的建设，并把全科医生队伍建设作为基层医疗卫生队伍建设的突破口。浙江省从2000年起开展了不同层次的全科医生培训，积累了相关经验。文章通过对各项工作的梳理和分析，初步归纳总结相关经验，提出若干建议，以促进基层全科医生队伍的建设。
