| 摘 要： | 目的：探索血管内皮生长因子（vascular endothelial growth factor,VEGF)蛋白表达与脑胶质瘤复发的关系。方法：采用免疫组化方法，对44例复发前、后脑胶质瘤病理组织中VEGF蛋白表达进行测定和对照分析。结果：复发胶质瘤VEGF表达明显高于初发者。结论：胶质瘤复发与VEGF表达相关。

| Abstract: | Objective:To study the possible re lation between expression of VEGF and brain recurrence glioma.Methods:Investigat e Forty-four cases of recurrence brain glioma VEGF expression was investigated b y immunohistochemical sta ining.Results:The positive staining rate and PU(positive unit)were obviously hig her in recurrence glioma than that in primary tumors.Conclusion:The recurrent gl ioma might have close relationship with the expression of VEGF. |
