| 摘 要： | 功能性腭裂修复术是针对传统手术存在着的问题而设计的改良手术，现作功能检测与效果评定。本文报告是在２６例中获得随访的１５例进行检查分析，通过口腔检查法、语音测试法、吸气吹水法、冷镜雾气法进行检测，结果均为优良级范围，在讨论中作了语音检查方法、语音训练及腭裂修复术的评价。

| Abstract: | Accoustic impedance was used to assess middle ear funct ion in 30 patients with cleft palate. Through analysis of tympanograms and acoustic reflex,the authors found that type B tympanogram was account for 59.3%,type C was 6.8%,type As was 10%,type Ad was 6.8%,type A was 16.9%. This results show that the incidence of middle ear abnormal in patients with cleft palate is higher than that of normals. The incidence of before six ages significantly increases.The acoustic reflex was positive in only 23.6% patients,76.4% patients was negativc. This showed that some patients had conductive hearing loss. |
