芩菊颗粒中黄芩提取工艺的正交实验研究

摘    要:目的优选芩菊颗粒处方中黄芩的提取工艺。方法以黄芩苷含量为指标,采用正交设计的方法,来考察乙醇浓度、乙醇用量、提取时间与提取次数对黄芩苷提取效果的影响。结果最佳提取条件为:10倍量70%的乙醇提取3次,每次1 h。结论该工艺提取效率高,适合工业化生产。

Abstract:ObjectiveTo establish the optimal extraction technology for Radix Scutellariae from Qinju Granule.MethodsUsing the orthogonal design,observed the effect of alcohol concentration,alcohol amount,extractive time on the extraction results,with the content of baicalin as the index.ResultsThe best extraction condition is that Radix Scutellariae added to 10 times amount 70% alcohol and extracted for 1 hour(totally extracted for 3 times).ConclusionThis optimal technology is workable and can be used in industrial production.
