| 摘 要： | 目的 研究口腔鳞癌中ｎｍ２３－Ｈ１基因的ｍＲＮＡ表达情况及其与口腔鳞癌颈淋巴结转移的关系。方法 采用斑点杂交的方法检测８例口腔鳞癌，２例正常口腔粘膜中ｎｍ２３－Ｈ１基因的ｍＲＮＡ表达情况。结果 ２例正常口腔粘膜中ｎｍ２３－Ｈ１基因的ｍＲＮＡ表达水平均较高；４例手术时无颈淋巴结转移的口腔鳞癌组织中３例ｎｍ２３－Ｈ１ｍＲＮＡ呈相对高表达，１例表达水平较低；而伴有颈淋巴结转移的４例口腔鳞癌组织中ｎｍ２３

| Abstract: | Objective The purpose of this study was to investigate the expression of nm23-H 1 gene mRNA in oral squamous cell carcinoma (OSCC)and the relation between the expression level of nm23-H 1 mRNA and metastasis of OSCC.Methods We detected the nm23-H 1 mRNA expression level in 8 cases of OSCC,2 cases of normal oral mucosa by dot blot technique.Results We found that 2 cases of normal oral mucosa expressed high level nm23-H 1 mRNA;among 4 cases of OSCC without cervical lymph-node metastasis,3 cases expressed high level nm23-H 1 mRNA and one low level;4 cases of OSCC with cervical lymph-node metastasis expressed low level nm23-H 1 mRNA.Conclusion The results suggest that the low level expression of nm23-H 1 mRNA may have a relation to OSCC cervical metastasis. |
