摘    要:目的 检测和比较五种全冠修复合金材料的细胞毒性作用。口腔修复合金材料在口腔环境中析出金属离子,合金材料通过这些金属离子对临近组织及远隔组织器官产生影响。方法 采用MTT方法检测乳酸脱氢酶活性来测定合金析出离子对体外培养细胞的影响,比较五种合金包括贵金属和贱金属合金的毒性作用。用流式细胞检测仪分析合金析出离子是否诱导L-929细胞凋亡。结果 软质铬钴合金的细胞毒性最大,镍铬合金、银钯合金其次,钯合金

Abstract:Objective\ To investigate the effects of metal ions relased from five dental alloys on murine L 929 fibroblasts. Methods\ Metal ions were released in culture medium which was used to cultrue cells. Succinic dehydrogenase activity was used to monitor proliferation and cytotoxic response. Flewcytemeter was used to investigate the mechanism of the effects.Results\ Co Cr alloy casused the most marked cytotoxicity, Ni Cr alloy the second, fellowed by Ag Bd alloy, Bd Au alloy or Ti alloy produced no adverse effect. Flew cytemetre revealed no signs of apoptosis caused by any alloy tested. Conclusion\ Co Cr, Ni Cr and Ag Bd alloys could decrease L 929 fibroblasts proliferation, but could not induced apoptosis.
