细菌及内毒素致大鼠实验性牙髓炎的牙髓组织病理学研究

摘    要:目的 建立细菌及内毒素快速诱导大鼠实验性牙髓炎模型的方法。方法 采用口腔细菌与革兰氏阴性类杆菌LPS联合运用,以产生大鼠实验性牙髓炎,并在其不同时期,观察牙髓组织的病理变化及疾病发展过程。结果(1)细菌-LPS混合组较之生理盐水组,除24h时间段上无明显差异外,其它各时间段上牙髓组织充血、水肿、炎性浸润均明显甚于生理盐水组。(2)牙髓内共存有纤维增生以及成纤维细胞的成牙本质细胞增殖分化等牙髓组织修

Abstract:Objective To establish the experimetal modle of rat pulpitis in a short time. Methods Experimental rat pulpitis was induced by using mixture of bacteria and Lipopolysacchsride (LPS), and at the same time, the pathological study was used to investigate the change of pulp tissue in the different period of pulpitis. Results The pulpal congestion, edema and local infiltration induced by the mixture of bacteria and LPS were bitter than the normal saline group, except the 24h period. It was found that there was the phenomena of fibronesis increment and odontoblast mitogen and differentiation in pulp. Conclusion The experimental pulpitis could be induced fast by bacteria and LPS. ;
