| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨Ｐ５３基因在涎腺粘液表皮样癌发生中的作用和意义。方法 采用免疫组织化学方法对４０例涎腺粘液表皮样癌中的表达进行观察。结果 低分化粘液表皮样癌过度表达Ｐ５３基因，阳性表达率为４２．１％，高分化粘液表皮样癌不表达Ｐ５３。经统计学分析表明，高、低分化肿瘤之间差异有显著性。结论 高、低分化的粘液表皮样癌发生时在癌基因激活方面存在差异。Ｐ５３基因突变可能在低分化粘液表皮样癌的发生中具有重要意义。Ｐ

| Abstract: | Objective To study the role of the P53 mutation in the tumorigenesis of mucoepidermoid carcinoma.Methods The expression of P53 oncoprotein was studiea in 40 cases of mucoepidermoid carcinoma of salivary gland using immunohistochemistry. Results The overexpression of P53 oncoprotein in low differentiated mucoepidermoid carcinoma (LDMC), The P53 positive rate was 42.1%, Whereas high differentiated mucoepiodermoid carcinoma (HDMC) did not express P53 oncoprotein. There was significant difference between HDMC and LDMC in overexpression of P53 oncoprotein (p<0.005). Conclusion There was relationship between the overexpression of P53 oncoprotein and the biological behavior nd the grade of differentiation of mucoepidermoid carcinoma. |
