潘塞缇法治疗先天性马蹄内翻足的效果观察

目的 评估潘塞缇法（Ponseti）早期治疗先天性马蹄内翻足的效果.方法 本组40例（年龄7d～6个月）先天性马蹄内翻足患者,均采用Ponseti法,包括手法矫正结合石膏固定以及拆除石膏后穿戴支具,观察治疗效果.结果 平均随访24个月,最长6年.40例单纯性马蹄内翻足患儿外观畸形纠正,优良率100%.结论 Ponseti方法治疗先天性马蹄内翻足费用低廉,创伤小,恢复快,近期及远期效果均满意,方法简单,容易推广和掌握.

Ponseti method in the treatment of congenital clubfoot

Objective To evaluate the efficacy of Ponseti method in the early treatment of con-genital clubfoot. Methods Forty children with congenital clubfoot (aged 7 days to 6 months) were managed with Ponseti method including manipulations, serial long leg cast, and wearing brace after removal of the cast. Results All the children were followed up for average 24 months, with the longest time of 6 years. The deformities of the feet were rectified in all the children, with a ideal rectification rate of 100%. Conclusions Ponseti method has a satisfactory effect on congenital clubfoot. It is less expensive, miminally invasive, simple,and easy to master and popularize.
