| 摘 要： | 目的 建立保健食品中非法添加化学降糖药物的快速检测方法.方法:采用硅胶GF254薄层板,三氯甲烷-石油醚-甲醇-冰乙酸(8 ∶ 13∶1∶1)为展开剂,展开取薄层斑点,测其紫外吸收曲线.结果与结论 方法简便易行、专属性较强.可用TLC-UV法对保健食品中掺入的化学降糖药物进行快速检测.

| Abstract: | Objective To establish a TLC-UV method for detection of antidiabetics illegally mixed into health foods quickly.Methods Silical gel GF254TLC,a mixture of chloroform-petroleum ether-methanol-glacial acetic acid(8∶13∶1∶1),get the sample spot and detect UV spectrum.Results and Conclusion This method is simple,rapid and selective,which can be used for detection of antidiabetics illegally mixed into health foods. |
