| 摘 要： | 目的:建立活性炭吸附色素测定辣椒油中酸价的方法。方法:经活性炭吸附色素后,测定辣椒油中的酸价含量。结果:实验相对标准偏差为0.55%～2.86%;油样色素经活性炭吸附过滤后,可以相当清晰观察到滴定终点;经比对,本法与国标法检测结果之间无显著性差异。结论:方法可靠,测定结果准确、精密度较高,可以适合于辣椒油中酸价的测定。

| Abstract: | Objective:To establish a method for determination of acid value in capsicum oil by activated carbon as absorbent to pigment.Methods: The pigment was absorbed by activated carbon,then acid content of capsicum oil was determined.Results: The relative standard deviation was 0.55%～2.86%;After the pigment of oil sample was absorbed and filtered by activated carbon,this method can observe the end point of titration clearly;Comparing this method with national standard method,the detecting results had no significant difference.Conclusion: The method is reliable and the detecting result is accurate and precise.It is suitable for the determination of acid value in capsicum oil. |
