摘    要:目的:探讨人工髋关节置换术后感染的诊断方法和一期翻修手术治疗的效果.方法:采用一期置换翻修手术治疗人工髋关节置换术后感染患者9例.其中,初次置换术后感染7例,翻修术后感染2例;伴有窦道形成2例.结果:术后随访平均29个月.9例患者全部治愈,未出现感染复发征象;Harris髋关节评分从术前平均36.9分,提高到最后随访时的平均85.8分.结论:只要经过正确的局部处理和全身支持治疗,一期翻修手术也是治疗人工髋关节置换术后感染的有效方法.

Abstract:Objective:To investigate the diagnosis of infection after hip arthroplasty and the effect of one - stage revision for treatment of the infected hip arthroplasty. Methods : From October 2007 to December 2009,9 patients with infection after hip arthroplasty were analyzed retrospectively. All patients were treated by the one- stage revision. There were 7 cases of infection after arthroplasty,2 cases of infection after revision and 2 cases with sinus formation. Results :9 casos were all cured after the one -stage revision. No recurrence of in- fection occurred in these cases ~th the mean follow - up of 29 months, and the mean Harris Hip Score was in- creased from 36.9 points before operation to 85.5 points after operation at the latest follow - up (P 〈 0.01 ). Conclusions : One - stage revision is a very effective method in the treatment of infected hip arthroplasty by u- sing a perfect local treatment and systemic support therapy, and it has been accepted by many patients and doc-
