| 摘 要： | 目的探讨连续性排班与层级管理模式对老年骨折术后患者护理质量的影响。方法选择2006年1月-2008年2月本院骨科收治的老年骨折术后患者198例为对照组,选择2008年3月-2010年4月老年骨折术后患者198例为观察组,对照组采用传统的责任制护理模式对患者实施护理,观察组采用连续性排班与层级管理模式对患者实施护理,比较两组患者对相关疾病知识的知晓率、医患满意度及术后并发症的发生情况。结果观察组患者疾病相关知识知晓率、医患对护理工作的满意度高于对照组,术后并发症的发生率低于对照组(均P<0.05)。结论对老年骨折术后患者应用连续性排班与层级管理模式实施护理,能有效提高患者对相关疾病知识的知晓率及对护理工作的满意度,降低术后并发症,值得临床推广应用。
