Efficacy of Laparoscope Combined with Choledochoscope Choledocholithotomy and Drainage for the Treatment of Intrahepatic or Extrahepatic Bile Duct Stones

[Objective]To explore the efficacy of laparoscopic combined with choledochoseope choledocholithotomy and drainage for the treatment of intrahepatic or extrahepatic bile duct stones. [Methods] The clinical data of 128 cases of intrahepatic or extrahepatic bile duct stones undergoing [aparoscope combined with choledochoscope cholecystectomy, choledocholithotomy and drainage in our hospital from September 2008 to September 2010 were analyzed retrospectively. [Results] The successful gallbladder removal operation was performed in 96 cases. Laparoscopic cholecystectomy and intraoperative cholangioscopy was performed successfully in all cases. No serious complication was found. Choledocholithotomy and T-tube drainage was underwent in 116 cases. Twelve patients turned to laparotomy. [Conclusion]I.aparoscope combined with choledochoscope for the treatment of eholecystitis, gallstones and intrahepatic or extrahepatic bile duct stones is safe, reliable and less invasive, and has quicker recovery.
