| 摘 要： | 目的探讨CT在矽肺诊断中与X线优势。方法以2009年1月至2010年12月来罗定市人民医院行矽肺普查的149例人员为研究对象,分别行CT和X线检查,比较分析CT检查和X线检查在不同分期矽肺检出率及确诊矽肺患者的粉尘接触时间。结果 CT检查共确诊矽肺患者37例,检出率为24.83%,显著高于X线检查组(P<0.05),其中经CT检查确诊Ⅰ期矽肺17例,检出率为11.41%,显著高于X线检查组(P<0.05),两组Ⅱ、Ⅲ期矽肺检出率无显著性差异(P>0.05);CT检查确诊病例平均粉尘接触时间显著低于X线组确诊病例(P<0.01)。结论 CT在矽肺诊断中较X线具有分辨率高,对肺深部结节显示更加清晰,受周围组织影响小等优势,在矽肺的早期诊断中占有十分重要的意义。
