卒中单元康复护理对脑卒中偏瘫患者早期康复的影响

目的探讨卒中单元康复训练护理干预对脑卒中偏瘫患者早期康复的影响。方法按1:1匹配的方法,选择对照组与观察组住院的脑卒中偏瘫患者各125例,对照组给予常规康复护理,观察组给予卒中单元康复护理及针灸疗法。比较两组患者干预45d后肢体运动功能(fugl-meyer,FM)、神经功能缺损(assess scale of clinical neurologic deficit,AS)、日常生活活动能力(barthel index,BI)、抑郁水平(self-rating depress scale,SDS)以及患者和家属对护理工作的满意度。结果在FM、AS、BI评分方面,观察组恢复情况均明显优于对照组;SDS得分明显低于对照组;在满意度方面观察组明显优于对照组,组间比较,均P<0.01,差异具有统计学意义。结论卒中单元护理及针灸能早期有效促进患者康复,改善护患关系,值得临床推广应用。

Effect of unit rehabilitation nursing on early rehabilitation of hemiplegic patients with cerebral apoplexy

Objective To investigate the effect unit rehabilitation nursing on the early rehabilitation of hemiplegic patients with cerebral apoplexy.
