精神分裂症患者全麻术后入ICU镇痛镇静治疗体会

【目的】总结精神分裂症全麻术后患者镇痛镇静治疗效果。【方法】对本院2006年11月至2010年12月收治的17例精神分裂症全麻术后入ICU患者，予以曲马多镇痛，氟哌啶醇抗精神症状及镇静治疗，观察其躁动发生情况及安全性。【结果】17例患者无非计划拔管、坠床、自残、暴力事件发生；随访患者均不需要行二次手术；躁动评分未出现危险躁动以及镇静过度情况；未发生椎体外系反应。【结论】精神分裂症全麻术后入ICU患者应用曲马多镇痛，氟哌啶醇抗精神症状及镇静治疗安全、有效。

Sedation and Analgesia for Schizophrenia Patients in ICU after General Anesthesia

[Objective] To summarize the therapeutic effect of sedation and analgesia for the patients with schizophrenia after general anesthesia. [Methods] Seventeen patients with schizophrenia in ICU after general Anesthesia in our hospital from Nov. 2006 to Dec. 2010 were enrolled in this study. All the cases were treated with tramadol and haloperidol for antipsychotics and sedation. The incidence of restlessness and the safety were observed. [Results]None of 17 patients occurred unplanned extubation, falling bed, selfmutilation and violence. No one in the follow-up patients needed the second operation. The restlessness score showed no dangerous restlessness and over sedation. No extrapyramidal response was found. [Conclusion] Sedation treatment with tramadol and antipsychotic therapy with haloperidol for schizophrenia patients in ICU after general anesthesia is safe and satisfactory.
