1060例外来工孕产妇贫血现状及相关因素分析

目的 通过对深圳市部分外来工孕产妇贫血现状及相关因素调查,了解贫血原因及对母儿结局的影响.方法 回顾性调查1060例外来工产妇,内客包括年龄,孕产次,孕周、妊娠期血红蛋白、母儿结局等.结果 孕早期、孕中期、孕晚期产后贫血发生率分别为19.35%、23.33%、37.14%;产后出血发生率为14.35%、高于血红蛋白正常组5.09%;早产儿发生率及新生儿体质量分别是12.04%、(2789.8±215.4g),血红蛋白正常组分别是4.48%、(3198.2±190.5g);建立孕产妇保健手册者为35.66%,64.34%孕产妇未做任何产前检查,孕期补铁贫血组占14.35%,远低于血红蛋白正常组72.61%.结论 深圳市部分外来工孕产妇存在较严重贫血状况与其生活条件、保健意识密切相关,降低外来工孕产妇发生率从加强孕妇健康教育入手,需引起社会重视,给予积极干预.
