| 摘 要： | 目的探讨手术治疗迟发性外伤性颅内血肿患者的临床疗效。方法选择迟发性外伤性颅内血肿患者50例,随机分为观察组和对照组各25例,观察组给予手术治疗,对照组给予保守治疗,比较两组患者的治疗情况。结果观察组和对照组的总有效率分别为96%和60%,观察组疗效明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论手术治疗迟发性外伤性颅内血肿疗效显著,值得临床推广应用。
