| 摘 要： | 目的探讨加强和完善院科两级消毒隔离质控的方法和效果,以提高两级消毒隔离质控质量的统一。方法对本院2008年院科两级消毒隔离质控结果进行分析,寻找两级质控中存在的问题,制订加强院科两级消毒隔离质控的方法并实施。比较加强和完善院科两级消毒隔离质控方法前后,院科两级消毒隔离质控质量的差异,内容包括人员管理、无菌技术管理、环境管理、污物管理4方面。结果加强和完善院科两级消毒隔离质控方法后,院科两级消毒隔离质控结果一致性较好,在无菌操作、环境管理、人员管理、污物管理方面比较,差异均无统计学意义(均P>0.05)。结论建立两级质控支持系统,加强对质控员的培训,提高科室的自我质控水平和改进质控检查方法,对提高两级消毒隔离质控结果一致性具有积极的意义。
