| 摘 要： | 目的探讨腰椎间盘内外臭氧联合神经妥乐平椎旁注射对腰椎间盘突出症神经功能的影响。方法腰椎间盘突出症患者80例,随机分为臭氧盘内外注射组(A组,n=40)和臭氧联合神经妥乐平椎旁注射组(B组,n=40),术后1周、6个月、12个月根据VAS、JOA、Macnab方法评定疗效。结果 A、B组术后1周、6个月、12个月VAS值均较治疗前明显降低(P<0.05,P<0.01),JOA值均较治疗前明显提高(P<0.01)。B组术后1周VAS值、术后12个月JOA值较A组改善显著(P<0.05)。改良Macnab疗效评定,A、B组术后12个月有效率分别为84.6%、90.0%,B组优于A组(P<0.05)。2组均无严重不良反应发生。结论臭氧联合神经妥乐平对腰椎间盘突出症神经功能改善优于单纯臭氧治疗。
