戊二醛对脊髓灰质炎病毒灭活效果及影响因素的实验观察

摘    要:为了解戊二醛对脊髓灰质炎病毒的灭活效果及其影响因素,采用悬液定量灭活试验方法,对脊髓灰质炎病毒Ⅰ型疫苗株进行灭活试验。结果,以含3000 mg/L戊二醛消毒液对悬液内脊髓灰质炎病毒Ⅰ型疫苗株作用3m in,平均灭活对数值为4.11。随着温度的升高,戊二醛对脊髓灰质炎病毒的灭活效果逐渐增强;有机物对戊二醛灭活脊髓灰质炎病毒的效果基本无影响;碱性戊二醛对脊髓灰质炎病毒的灭活效果比酸性戊二醛强。结论,低浓度戊二醛即可有效灭活脊髓灰质炎病毒,其灭活效果受温度和pH值的影响。

Abstract:In order to know the efficacy of glutaraldehyde in inactivatiing poliovirus and the influencing factors,suspension quantitative inactivation test method was used to carry out inactivation test for poliovirus type-Ⅰ vaccine strain.Results: The average inactivation titer(log TCID_(50)) of poliovirus type-Ⅰvaccine strain in suspension exposed to 3000 mg/L glutaraldehyde disinfection solution for 3 min was 4.11.The efficacy of glutaraldehyde in inactivating poliovirus was enhanced gradually with increasing temperature.The organic substance essentially had no influence on efficacy of glutaraldehyde in inactivating poliovirus.The efficacy of alkaline glutaraldehyde in inactivating poliovirus was higher than that of acidic glutaraldehyde.Conclusions: Glutaraldehyde can effectively inactivating poliovirus even at low concentration.Its inactivating efficacy is influenced by temperature and pH value.
